Who should I contact with questions about the 40th Anniversary?

​I am traveling internationally and need to arrive before February 19th and/or stay later then February 24th.  Are the special ARISS hotel rates available for extra days? 
If you are traveling internationally and need to add shoulder days when making your hotel reservations please reach out to our team at [email protected] for information on which hotels might be able to accommodate your needs at our special ARISS hotel rate.

What is included with my conference registration?
All conference registrations include one free ticket to the KSC Visitor Center, which has a value of more than half the price of the conference registration.  (Make sure you include this free ticket in your ticket order when registering for the conference.) In addition, conference attendees will be served breakfast snacks, lunch, afternoon snacks, water, coffee, sodas and other drinks each day of the conference

I am traveling internationally to attend the conference.  Is there anything special I need to know?
Be sure to check the visa requirements for visiting the US.  Obtaining a visa usually takes time, so please plan ahead.  You can check US visa requirements on the US State Department website. travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/tourism-visit/visitor.html
